Pre heat you grill to 200 degrees.
Take your sausages and cut into even bites and wrap with streaky bacon.
Then in a bowl mix Philadelphia, double cream, Tex mix cheese, Randy’s buffalo sauce and Wingfest buffalo Rub together.
Spoon the filling you just mixed onto the top of you chicken bites where you have extra bacon hanging over.
Then place onto your grill and cook to a internal temp of 75 degrees.
Serve and enjoy with sriracha Sauce and Chives.
