Cut your wings into drums and flats (you don’t have to)
Rub in Angus and Oink Honey Chilli rub.
Place in a ziplock bag for a few hours.
Set your grill at around 200 degrees.
Once up to temperature, place your wings on the BBQ for around 20 minutes.
Then flip them for another 20 minutes.
Take them off the grill, and mix with a BBQ sauce. (We use JD’s Hot Honey)
Get your grill up to around 220 degrees and put the wings back on to crisp up.
When done, take off the wings and dress with chilli’s and chives.
