- Pre heat you grill to 200 degrees.
- Grab a bowl and mix together your sausage meat and Angus and Oink Proper Mint Rub.
- Once mixed roll the Sausage meat into balls and place onto a foil tray.
- Place onto your grill and cook until golden brown.
- Then plate up and serve with some thyme and Gravy and enjoy.
- Grab your prawns and coat in a bowl with Angus and Oink chilli and lime rub.
- Once coated cook your prawns in a cast iron pan until the reach a temp of at least 63 degrees.
- While they are cooking finely chop some parsley.
- Once your prawns are cooked serve up with some Parsley, Pomegranate seeds and a drizzle of honey.
- Pre heat your grill to 180 degrees.
- Grab your pepper and core out the centre then fill with cheese.
- Then cut long thin strips of courgette and roll then place inside your pepper.
- Place into a foil tray a grate some cheese over the top.
- Place onto the grill and once cooked slice open and enjoy.
- Pre heat your grill to 200 degrees.
- Roll out your puff pastry sheet and cut into even squares then place into your ramekin.
- Then grab your block of brie and cut up into small chunks.
- Once cut place onto your puff pastry squares and spoon some cranberry sauce on top.
- Whisk up a egg and brush onto the pastry and then cook on the grill until golden.
- Once cooked serve up and enjoy.
- Grab a saucepan and fill with water and boil your Brussels until cooked through.
- Then on your grill heat up a cast iron pan and grill off your bacon lardons.
- Once your bacon is golden brown add your brussels and coat with Lumberjaxe Cowboy Butter Rub.
- Once all cooked serve up with a drizzle of honey and enjoy.
