Cooking Instructions
Mix a plentiful quantity of rub (approx. 5-10% by weight) with oil to form a paste, and generously coat your meat or vegetables to marinade all-night lo-ong!

Serving Suggestion
Give your salmon fillets a kick with a generous sprinkle and leave to sit for an hour. Dry fry for around 4 minutes per side and serve with homemade salsa – Blackened Salmon in less than 10 minutes.
