  • Pre heat your grill to 180 degrees.
  • Grab your pepper and core out the centre then fill with cheese.
  • Then cut long thin strips of courgette and roll then place inside your pepper.
  • Place into a foil tray a grate some cheese over the top.
  • Place onto the grill and once cooked slice open and enjoy.
