Cut up your pork belly into small cubes and rub in Angus and Oink Korean rub and leave in a ziplock bag for a few hours.
Then set your grill to around 130 degrees.
Place pork belly cubes on grill for around 3 hours.
Then make a bath using a large drip pan made up of cherryade, brown sugar, butter, soy sauce, Canadian syrup, hoisin and garlic sauce.
Place the pork into the bath for 3 hours minimum.
Then when ready place into a bowl and dress with coriander and sesame seeds.
