First cut wings into drums and flats.
Rub in a Buffalo Rub.
Cook at around 130 for 20 minutes then flip for another 20 minutes.
Meanwhile grab some Bratwurst sausages and cook them on the grill until done.
Once the sausages are ready, shred the chicken off the bone and mix with a buffalo sauce.
Toast your Hot Dog buns.
Then make up your Hot Dog and lay the shredded wing chicken on top.
Finish off with a Ranch or Blue Cheese Sauce.
