Cut your wings into drums and flats (you don’t have to)
Rub in Angus and Oink Garlic Butter rub.
Place in a ziplock bag for a few hours.
Set your grill at around 200 degrees.
Once up to temperature, place your wings on the BBQ for around 20 minutes.
Then flip them for another 20 minutes.
After the 2nd 20 minutes, coat them in grated Parmesan cheese and leave on the grill.
Turn your grill up to around 220 degrees and put the wings back on to crisp up.
While they are crisping up, place a cast iron pan in your BBQ and melt a tube of sublime garlic and herb butter.
When done, take off the wings and dress with more grated Parmesan and drizzle the melted butter over the top.
And finish with finely chopped chives.
