  • Pre heat you grill to 200 degrees.
  • Grab a bowl and mix together your sausage meat and Angus and Oink Proper Mint Rub.
  • Once mixed roll the Sausage meat into balls and place onto a foil tray.
  • Place onto your grill and cook until golden brown.
  • Then plate up and serve with some thyme and Gravy and enjoy.
