CHILLI LIME PRAWNS

  • Grab your prawns and coat in a bowl with Angus and Oink chilli and lime rub.
  • Once coated cook your prawns in a cast iron pan until the reach a temp of at least 63 degrees.
  • While they are cooking finely chop some parsley.
  • Once your prawns are cooked serve up with some Parsley, Pomegranate seeds and a drizzle of honey.
