  • Pre heat your grill to 200 degrees.
  • Roll out your puff pastry sheet and cut into even squares then place into your ramekin.
  • Then grab your block of brie and cut up into small chunks.
  • Once cut place onto your puff pastry squares and spoon some cranberry sauce on top.
  • Whisk up a egg and brush onto the pastry and then cook on the grill until golden.
  • Once cooked serve up and enjoy.
