SALMON BITES

  • Pre heat you grill to 150 degrees.
  • Take your pack of salmon fillets and trim off the skin.
  • Cut into cubes and place into a bowl and coat with Angus and Oink Hook Line and Sinker Rub.
  • Get a foil tray and lightly coat with oil the place your Salmon bites onto the tray.
  • Place the tray into your Pre-Heated grill and cook until a internal temp of 63 degrees.
  • Once cooked serve up with some chives and a drizzle of honey.
